By submitting your
MY NET COMPUTERS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions each time before using MY NET COMPUTERS site. Placing an order with MY NET COMPUTERS and your continued use of the MY NET COMPUTERS site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. You also agree that all subsequent purchases by you will be subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall apply until we post a modified these Terms and Conditions and then in accordance with such modified these Terms and Conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The entire risk arising out of the use of the site, the use of any products and/or services offered on or in connection with the site remains with the customer. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall MY NET COMPUTERS be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, loss of use of the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of substitute or replacement equipment, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if MY NET COMPUTERS or a MY NET COMPUTERS authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. MY NET COMPUTERS shall not be liable for third party claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, absolute or strict liability, or any other similar theories for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, purchaser's time, injury to property whether or not MY NET COMPUTERS is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made by VISA, MasterCard or wire transfer. Unless expressly set forth on the MY NET COMPUTERS site, we do not accept any other payment form. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms and Conditions to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. You, and not MY NET COMPUTERS, are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
The price that customers have to pay will be shown on MY NET COMPUTERS order confirmation and invoices.
Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. MY NET COMPUTERS may suspend delivery of product or service until full payment is received.
MY NET COMPUTERS reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site.
WARRANTIES
MY NET COMPUTERS is a distributor only. Products sold by MY NET COMPUTERS are not manufactured by MY NET COMPUTERS. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if any). MY NET COMPUTERS assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including damage caused during shipment, return shipment, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, natural disaster, servicing not authorized by MY NET COMPUTERS, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by MY NET COMPUTERS.
